Shipping & Delivery
estimated shipping schedule:
- All combo orders placed on our website will be delivered within the Philadelphia area.
- Delivery times will vary depending on the location of the customer and the availability of our drivers, but most orders will be delivered within 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout and added to the total cost of the order.
- Orders placed before 3 PM will be delivered on the same day, orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the next day.
- If a customer is not present at the time of delivery, the order will be left at the door or with a concierge if one is available.
- If a customer is not satisfied with the food they have received, they can contact us within 24 hours of the delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue. (702-738-6881)
- All wholesale orders will be shipped via a reputable carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, or the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
- We currently only ship combos within the Philadelphia area, if you are not a customer within the vincity please contact us for shipping options.
